Both fighters are feeling each other. Tsarukyan opens the round with a kick to the body. Tsarukyan slips and loses his balance. Makachev immediately rushes for a takedown but ends up with his back against the fence. Tsarukyan grabs the single leg and starts working for a takedown. 1st min in, Makachev is defending well. Tsarukyan is committed to a takedown. Makachev defends and reverses the clinch position. Nice knee to the body lands for Tsarukyan. Makachev trips Tsarukyan and takes the mount position! Makachev defends and they are back standing. 1st min in, Tsarukyan starts working the lead leg of Makachev with the kicks. Makachev is patient. Tsarukyan goes high with the kick, blocked by Makachev. Rd 3 – Both fighters exchange at the beginning of the round. Tsarukyan comes out aggressive and fires a couple of hard kicks! Makachev responds with a nice right hand. Nice right hand lands for Tsarukyan! He follows with a head kick but Makachev blocks. Makachev fires a hard kick to the body but ends upon the chin of Tsarukyan! They are both confident and aggressive. 1st min in, Makachev takes the center. They are both throwing faints. Tsarukyan is missing with the punches. He follows with a level change for a single leg. Makachev is defending well. Tsarukyan stays committed but ends up with his back against the fence. Tsarukyan pushes Makachev back in the center and lands a nice elbow on the break. He dives for a single leg once again. Makachev defends and pushes Tsarukyan against the fence. Halfway in, Tsarukyan is looking tired. Makachev level changes for a double leg and gets the takedown. Tsarukyan scrambles and gives his back to Makachev. He manages to stand against the fence. Makachev has a body lock. He is working for a takedown. Tsarukyan takes a couple of big deep breaths. 1 min to go, Makachev uses his hooks and drags Tsarukyan down to the mat. This is the exhausting pace of the fight for both fighters. Analysis
Rd 1 – Both fighters are in the orthodox stances. Both fighters are light on their feet and feeling each other. Tsarukyan goes high with the kick, blocked by Olivieri. Tsarukyan fires a leg kick and lands. He moves in once again and connects with a kick to the body. Tsarukyan is looking sharp early. Olivieri is pressuring forward. He fires an overhand right but faints himself on the bottom position. Tsarukyan is in the guard position. Olivieri is busy scrambling but Tsarukyan displays strong top control. Tsarukyan is trying to create some spaces for the punches. He postures and lands a couple of nice short punches. Olivieri is doing a good job defending on the bottom. He scrambles and finishes on his knees against the ropes. Halfway in, Tsarukyan takes his back and slams him down to the mat. Great move by Tsarukyan who seems to have much better wrestling. Tsarukyan is constantly busy with short punches and elbows. Olivieri is looking frustrated on the bottom. He just can’t find the way up. Tsarukyan postures and starts exploding with the ground and pound. Olivieri sees the chance but fails to explode back to his feet. 1 min to go, Tsarukyan is dominating the fight from the top position. He is demolishing Olivieri. Olivieri shoots for the armbar! Tsarukyan escapes the danger and takes the guard back. 10-9 Tsarukyan
Rd 2Tsarukyan comes out aggressive and immediately fires a spinning back kick. Olivieri starts pressing forward. Tsarukyan dives for a single leg takedown and gets it. He starts working from the half guard position. Tsarukyan is landing with the left hand. His wrestling offense is on point in this fight. 1st min in, Olivieri has no answer in this fight so far. Every time he tries to scrambles, Tsarukyan reacts and puts even more pressure on him. Hard punches are landing for Tsarukyan. Olivieri spots the opening and explodes back to his feet! Great move by Olivieri! He starts marching forward. Tsarukyan responds with a quick one-two. He throws a spinning back kick and losses his balance. He immediately grabs the single leg and gets another takedown. However, they went out of the ring. The referee stops the fight and moves him back in the center. Tsarukyan is in the guard position. Halfway in, Tsarukyan is landing nice hammer fists. He is displaying good conditioning in this fight. Olivieri hasn’t shown anything so far. Big hammer fists are landing for Tsarukyan! Olivieri is holding on the bottom. He pushes the hips of Tsarukyan and manages to stand up. Olivieri explodes with the knee but Tsarukyan catches the leg and scores another takedown. 1 min to go, He takes the half guard position and makes a transition to the side control. Tsarukyan is constantly landing with the right hand. Olivieri is taking a lot of damage in this round. Tsarukyan stands up. He tries to get back to the guard position but Olivieri explodes back to his feet. 10-9 Tsarukyan

Rd 3Tsarukyan is looking like a fresher fighter. He moves in and lands a right hand. Tsarukyan fires a head kick and partially lands! Olivieri starts marching forward. Tsarukyan is exploding with the kicks from the outside. Nice leg kick lands for Olivieri. Tsarukyan is timing the head kick. A nice right hand lands for Olivieri! He fires another leg kick but Tsarukyan responds with the takedown attempt. 1st min in, They are out of the ring. The referee stops the fight. They are back in the center. Tsarukyan explodes with a right hook and follows with a perfectly places head kick!!! Olivieri goes down!!! He is unconscious!!!
